Following our earlier publication on the passing of Jean Davies today the Sunday Times published a front page article on her death: she starved herself to death. Four weeks into her fast, Jean Davies, 86, told The Sunday Times: “It is hell. I can’t tell you how hard it is. You wouldn’t decide this unless you thought your life was going to be so bad.
