The Canadian External Panel, installed by the former Canadian to look into Options for a Legislative Response to Carter v. Canada, has offered their report to the Honourable Jane Philpott, the (new) Minister of Health. Panelmembers were Dr. Harvey Max Chochinov, Professor Catherine Frazee and Professor Benoît Pelletier.
