Brazilian writer Betty Milan published book on end-of-life discussion

Brazilian writer Betty Milan published a book on end-of-life discussion called A Mae Eterna (the eternal mother), the story of daughter-narrator who writes to her imaginary mother, – 98 years of age, almost blind, almost deaf, can hardly walk and eats like a bird – talking about her drama.

It appeared in Brazil, see the extracts (15 pages) in Portugese and in Spanish. Work is done on translations in other languages (English, French?). An English synopsis is added here.
