(Federal) House of Representatives passed a bill repealing Washington DC’s aid-in-dying law

(Federal) House of Representatives passed a bill repealing the Death with Dignity law, passed by the Council in Washington D.C.. Washington DC not being a State of its own implies the legal autority of the Federal Parliament may and can overrule Washington’s law(s).  Battle is not yet over: one can still block the repeal provision from the Senate’s version of the bill.
