The Hemlock Society of San Diego drafted a Covid-19 addendum that can easily be customized to people’s different end of life desires, and added to one’s Advanced Health Care Directive.
The addendum is the result of internet meetings and video conferences with some of the medical and legal talent in the organization of the Hemlock Soiety.
