Right to Die and Completed Life in the Netherlands – an explanation

One of the members of the Dutch group Of Free Will wrote an instructive booklet about the ideas and intentions behind the group that started a Citizen’s  Initiative last year to (successfully) get the Dutch Parliament to put the Right to Die in cases of Completed Life on the agenda. The initiative was supported by more then 110.000 people. (see news-item on this website of february 19, 2010  “Completed Life” and the right to choose). Wouter Beekman, the author of this booklet,  has agreed to have it translated into English (made possible by a generous grant from SOARS, UK) and to make it available for free via this website. The translated version titled  The self-chosen death of the elderly can be downloaded from here for free.
