Since Bonaire, St Eustatius and Saba (3 of the Netherlands Antilles) are no longer separate countries within the “Dutch Kingdom”, but extraordinary municipalities of The Netherlands, Dutch law applies there as well. This means that Euthanasia and Physician Assisted Suicide are now legal there.
