The federal five-year Parliamentary Review on assisted dying in Canada is slated to conclude

In their final report, our Parliamentarians are expected to report on their review of Canada’s medical assistance in dying (MAID) legislation, and make recommendations that will improve eligibility and access for tens of thousands of people across the country. Key among those, we hope, will be the right to make an advance request for MAID.
