In Oregon the Public Health Division of the Oregon Health Authority published their annual report on 2015 data. In that year 218 people received prescriptions under the provisions of the Oregon Death with Dignity Act (DWDA), compared to 155 in 2014. The Health Division received reports of 132 people who died from ingesting the medications (105 in 2014). In the graphic below, a summary of what happened with the prescriptions is shown.
