The Polish Legal Journal Białostockie Studia Prawnicze (Bialystok Legal Studies) has published an article discussing the consequences of the decision of the European Court of Human Rights not to establish a uniform protection of the right to die, rather allowing individual signatory states to establish independent laws. This has led to significant differentiation of laws, and all the resulting consequences thereof. The article asks whether a universal law is possible.
