Rafael Aguiar, a professor of Health Law in Venezuela, has been defending the fundamental right to die in Venezuela for 20 years now. His new book “Derecho a Morir con Dignidad: principios fundamentales” has to be seen as an update from his earlier book ” Eutanasia: mitos y realidades” (2004). The book (in Spanish only) will be published soon in Ecuador (an English translation will follow shortly), but can be read and downloaded now (permission of the writer) here in PDF format.
