In respons on World Right to Die Day 2021 (WRtDD21), My Death, My Decision UK has sent us a video that shows Dawn Voice-Cooper, 76, who travelled to Switzerland to end her life at a clinic.
Only days before Dawn was accompanied to Switzerland, a video with her was recorded, outside Westminster Parliament. The video requested an evidenced based inquiry into assited dying in the U.K.

Dawn had an assisted death in Switzerland on the 26th of October. She was member of The Right To Die Societies ‘Right to Die With Diginity U.K.’ and ‘My Death My Decision’ .
