Other Side is a documentary that premiered at the SXSW Film Festival in 2025. The 90-minute film chronicles the true story of Lynda Bluestein, a terminally ill cancer patient, whose courageous legal battle opened the door for out-of-state residents to access Vermont’s MAID law. A discussion of the film will be led by the Hemlock Society’s Board of Directors. We are proud to honor Lynda Bluestein’s legacy by bringing you this free screening of her story.
