Around 430 million people live where an assisted dying law is in force. Our member societies campaign for the law to change elsewhere, and the federation supports them.

  • France

    ADMD France, Le Choix and AAVIVRE campaigned for France's assisted dying bill.

  • Australia

    DWD Victoria launched a Young Ambassadors programme for younger campaigners in 2024.

  • Brazil

    Eu Decido joined the federation in 2025. It campaigns for end-of-life rights in Brazil.

  • Italy

    Associazione Luca Coscioni campaigns for assisted dying in Italy, including at regional level.
