I’m excited to invite all families, seniors, and care partners to our upcoming Navigating Senior Care Weekend Workshops, a compassionate, practical in-person series in February where together we will explore real-world planning for aging, healthcare crises, and long‑term care in BC. |

Over four interactive sessions, we’ll cover the essentials needed to help you take charge of your healthcare journey, or help a loved one with theirs — from navigating the complexities of BC healthcare, to completing Advance Care Planning documents, to understanding the pros and cons of “heroics” and life-saving measures, to understanding our choices at the end of life including MAiD. Each week will build your confidence in making informed choices, communicating your wishes, and ensuring your medical care truly reflects your values. Whether you come for one session or the full series, together we’ll turn complicated systems into something simpler, with ample time for questions — empowering you to plan ahead with clarity and peace of mind for you and your loved ones. |
