The Journal Bioethic Inquiry (DOI 10.1007/s11673-014-9554-z) published an article that analyses domestic and foreign reactions to a 2008 report in the British Medical Journal on the complementary and, as argued, synergistic relationship between palliative care and euthanasia in Belgium.
