D2KDay (Dying to Know Day) is officially celebrated on August 8th each year in Australia. Like the World Right to Die Day (November 2), D2KDay invites to spark conversations with family, friends and colleagues to help with the sometimes difficult conversations about death and dying. Dying to Know Day is inspired by the extraordinary charity Igniting Change and their book Dying to Know. All over Australia events are organised every year around August 8 (in New South Wales and in Victoria to name a few).
