As was expected – the next court session was planned for today, 16 November – the prosecutor added another charge of “premeditated murder” in connection with the death of Justin Varian – who had motor neuron disease – using helium gas, on July 25, 2015. Sean next appears on the 29th of January 2019 where an additional charge will be added. The trial is likely to be around June next year.
