On Thursday, October 26th, 2023, the Federal Court In Leipzig heard the objection of attorney Robert Roßbruch to the right to purchase sodium pentobarbital. The verdict is expected on Tuesday, November 7th, 2023. A number of terminally ill patients have made a request for a purchase permit, thus far unsuccessfully.
