WFRtDS member Hemlock Florida will have a booth at an event in the scope of the National Healthcare Decisions Day on Tuesday April 12 in Tallahassee (FSU College of Medicine Auditorium, 1115 West Call St), which is co-sponsored by Big Bend Hospice and the FSU Center for Innovative Collaboration in Medicine and Law. The theme of this year’s event is Take Charge Florida! End-of-Life Decisions and You. An information fair starts at 5 pm and the discussion program starts at 6 pm.
The National Healthcare Decisions Day is an annual event in the USA and it exists to inspire, educate and empower the public and providers about the importance of advance care planning.
