Paul Spiers, co-founder of WF member Society AUTONOMY USA, died on September 11, 2013. Next to having been involved with the Death with Dignity movement (Hemlock, End-of-Life Choices, Death with Dignity National Center and of course ‘his’ AUTONOMY) he also was an active disability campaigner. He died in Massachussets, peacefuly in his sleep.
