Suzy Austen, a right-to-die campaigner from New Zealand, is facing the possibility of 14 years of imprisonment. Suzy denied all three charges against her. At the pretrial in July, Justice Robert Dobson set a trial date of February next year, where the hearing is expected to last between two and three weeks. Austen will reappear in September for trial preparations.
