DWD Victoria published its Newsletter November 2013.
DWDV adds: This Spring 2013 edition is a first in that it is an in-house publication, both complied and printed in the DWDV office. You will notice that the format has been simplified and less colour has been used, due to cost-cutting measures that we are implementing while hoping to continue producing a quality newsletter with reader appeal.We welcome your feedback and comments on this new look.
