On February 20, the Elizabeth Whitefield End-of-Life Options Act (HouseBill47), passed New Mexico’s House of Representatives, with a vote of 39 to 27.
The bill was introduced early January in the House of Assembly of the US state New-Mexico and then passed the New Mexico House Health and Services Committee with a 7 to 4 “DO PASS” recommendation.
