On January 7, 2021, the Elizabeth Whitefield End-of-Life Options Act (HB 47), was introduced in the House of Assembly of the US state New-Mexico. Twenty days later, on January 29, the act passes favorably out of the New Mexico House Health and Services Committee with a 7 to 4 “DO PASS” recommendation.
