The Committee of the Victorian parliament tabled their final report from the Inquiry into End-of-life Choices. President Lesley Vick of Dying With Dignity Victoria Inc states: “At DWDV we are extremely pleased with this excellent report and its recommendations concerning end of life choices. As you will see it is comprehensive, evidence based and concludes that Victoria should legislate for a regulated assisted dying regime. We have welcomed this development and we will now move to the challenging task of convincing the Victorian parliament to legislate as recommended.”
